Cooking Pastured Meats – Schedule & Registration

Congratulations on your interest in cooking pastured meats!

Due to COVID, in-person classes are on hold. However!! I have conducted zoom classes for the Farm Table Foundation, and the recordings are on the Foundation’s YouTube channel. Just visit the Foundation’s website for an easy link to the zoom video.

That said, there’s nothing like attending a cooking or baking class in person, so I hope to resume classes later in 2021. If you’d like to know when classes are scheduled, please follow me on Facebook (www.facebook.com/brontobarn) or Twitter (www.twitter.com/BronxToBarn).

These classes will demonstrate the best ways to prepare pastured meats and bone broths using slow and fast methods: the slow-cooker, large pots in the oven or on the range, and both stove-top and electric pressure cookers. ( Yup, the pressure cooker not only saves time, but preserves nutrients as well.)

Come to my farmhouse teaching kitchen to enjoy great company, hands-on learning,  bottomless cups of coffee or tea, samples, and a light lunch.

Classes are limited to 8 students (and must have a minimum of 4 students to be held). Classes are usually 3-4 hours long, and cost $30/person.

What a great way to celebrate wonderful food, camaraderie, and a beautiful farm setting. Oh, and we’re an easy and scenic drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
