Congratulations on your interest in cooking pastured meats for yourself, family and friends. Pastured meats and bone broths are the best ingredients for taste and high nutrition. They benefit from proper cooking, which can mean low and slow, or by using a time-saving and nutrient preserving pressure cooker.
Classes will demonstrate both approaches, and will consider poultry as well as red meats. You’ll enjoy bottomless cups of coffee, tea or other favorite beverage, sampling, and lunch. Classes are limited to 8 students (and must have a minimum of 4 students to be held).
