– July 15. Eat Local Co-op Farm Tour. This is our third year with this event and we hope you’ll make us a destination on your tour.
We’re an easy and scenic drive from the Twin Cities and from any point in Polk or St. Croix counties. The roads are good and lines with farms, creeks and rivers, and lots of wild life. Here’s a helpful map and directions.
Come help move the moos at 10:00AM, 1:00PM and 3:00PM. Walk our fields, tell us about your food journey, and sample our 100% grass-fed beef. The event is free, we’ve got lots of parking, and a comfort station (that’s fancy talk for porta-potty).Our BueLingo cattle are raised on grass, and grass alone. They never get grains, corn, hormones or subclinical antibiotics.
Dave and I are dedicated to transparent farming, and doing so with a tiny carbon hoofprint(R). Come view herding practices that not only promote healthy, contented cows, but also work to improve the soil, and yield delicious and highly nutritious beef.
We look forward to seeing you on the 15th!
